Registering your organisation

Southern Volunteering welcomes the opportunity of providing your organisation with our New Member Kit which contains all the information about membership and the application forms.

New member kit

Application process:

Complete the Agency Membership Application form.
Instructions are provided to clarify each section. If you have any questions, please contact Southern Volunteering on 08 8384 9202.
Complete the Volunteer Positions form, identifying positions providing a description of the associated tasks.
Post your completed and signed application forms to:

Please include any organisational brochures or program flyers if available.
You will be advised in writing following acceptance by the Southern Volunteering Board of Management.
Membership Fees are payable after your application has been approved by the Southern Volunteering (SA) Inc Board of Management. An invoice will be sent with confirmation of membership acceptance.

Southern Volunteering (SA) Inc. is committed to its policy of safeguarding volunteer and membership information. Details such as address, phone number and insurance policy numbers are collected for the purposes of ensuring appropriate services are provided to members and remain with SVSA Inc.

Cost of Membership

Membership Fee for not-for-profit organisations is $88.00 per annum (inc GST). Membership means each site or programme. New members joining later than the first of July each year will be charged on a pro-rata basis of $7.70 per month (inc GST).
A full membership rate exemption may apply to a not-for-profit organisation which is experiencing funding problems. Members seeking a waiver or reduction in fees should contact the Southern Volunteering (SA) Inc Executive Officer to discuss.
Corporate Fee: Organisations which operate a number of sites and/or programs may be eligible for a corporate fee rate of $66.00 (inc GST) per site/program.
